Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Time

Because our products are made with care and shipped from our fulfillment partners, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery within the United States and United Kingdom after your order has shipped. While most orders arrive within this window, occasional delays can occur due to customs, carrier processing, or high order volume.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date and tracking shows no movement, contact us at cloveandhoney@yahoo.com and we'll look into it right away.
