Refund Policy

We want you to love your ritual tools. Because each item is fulfilled through our shipping partners and sent directly to you, here's how we handle issues:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at cloveandhoney@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send anything back.

Lost in Transit

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping and tracking shows no movement, reach out and we'll resend it or refund you.

Change of Mind

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we currently aren't able to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/color preference after delivery, or general dissatisfaction. We encourage you to read each product description carefully before ordering.

How to Start a Claim

Email us at cloveandhoney@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo/video evidence. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at cloveandhoney@yahoo.com.
